Terms of Service — ChannelForge

1. About the service

ChannelForge is a personal, non-commercial tool operated on the owner's own computer by a single person (the "Operator"). It helps prepare video content with AI assistance and publish it to the Operator's own accounts on YouTube and TikTok (and possibly other platforms later). It is not a public service and is not offered to third parties. Contact: channelforge3@gmail.com.

2. Use

• The tool is used only with accounts the Operator owns or is authorized to manage.
• Nothing is published without the Operator's explicit approval of each video.
• The Operator is responsible for the content published and for compliance with the rules of each platform, including the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy) and the TikTok Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/terms-of-service/en).
• The tool must not be used to circumvent platform restrictions, inflate metrics or conceal relations between channels.

3. Third-party services

The tool connects to YouTube API Services, the TikTok API and AI providers (Anthropic Claude, Cloudflare Workers AI, local Ollama/Kokoro). Their availability and terms are outside our control. Access can be revoked at any time (Google: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; TikTok: app permissions in account settings).

4. Data

How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy (privacy.html).

5. No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any loss arising from its use.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest revision.

ChannelForge — личный некоммерческий инструмент, работающий на компьютере владельца, им пользуется один человек (далее — «Оператор»). Он помогает готовить видео с помощью AI и публиковать его в собственных аккаунтах Оператора на YouTube и TikTok (позже, возможно, на других платформах). 2. Использование

• Инструмент используется только с аккаунтами, которыми Оператор владеет или которыми вправе управлять.
• Ничего не публикуется без явного одобрения Оператором каждого видео.
• Оператор отвечает за публикуемый контент и соблюдение правил каждой платформы, в том числе Условий использования YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), Политики конфиденциальности Google (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy) и Условий использования TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/terms-of-service/en).
• Инструмент нельзя использовать для обхода ограничений платформ, накрутки показателей или сокрытия связи между каналами.

3. Сторонние сервисы

Инструмент подключается к YouTube API Services, API TikTok и AI-провайдерам (Anthropic Claude, Cloudflare Workers AI, локальные Ollama/Kokoro). Их доступность и условия не зависят от нас. Доступ можно отозвать в любой момент (Google: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; TikTok: разрешения приложений в настройках аккаунта).

4. Данные

Обработка данных описана в Политике конфиденциальности (privacy.html).

5. Отсутствие гарантий

ПО предоставляется «как есть», без каких-либо гарантий. В пределах, разрешённых законом, автор не отвечает за убытки от его использования.

Условия могут обновляться; дата выше показывает последнюю редакцию.
